- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting cancellation charges.
- No refund will be provided for:
- No-shows
- Early departures
- Unused services
- Last-minute cancellations

- Prices quoted are subject to confirmation at the time of booking.
4. Travel Documents
- Guests are responsible for carrying valid ID proof and travel documents.
- The company will not be responsible for denied entry due to invalid or missing documents.
5. Hotel & Transport
- Hotels and vehicles are provided as per package availability.
- In case of unavailability, equivalent alternatives will be arranged.
- Check-in and check-out timings will follow hotel policies.
6. Weather & Natural Conditions
- Kashmir weather and road conditions may affect itineraries.
- Fern and Footsteps Travels is not responsible for delays, route closures, landslides, snowfall, strikes, or natural disasters.
- Necessary itinerary changes may be made for safety reasons.
7. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to:
- Respect local laws and culture
- Maintain proper behavior during the tour
- Take care of personal belongings
The company is not liable for loss, theft, or damage of personal items.
8. Liability
Fern and Footsteps Travels acts only as a travel organizer and shall not be held responsible for:
- Accidents
- Injuries

- Flight/train cancellations
- Natural calamities
- Third-party service failures
9. Force Majeure
The company shall not be responsible for any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond its control, including:
